Hot vulcanization adheres the profile to the belt by applying heat and pressure, leaving no room for anything substance to crawl in between. Not even the tiniest grain of sand.

The technique of hot vulcanization delivers a number of advantages to belts with XONNOZ positive drive; not the least being an improved resistance to higher temperatures compared to belts manufactured by cold bonding.
